The North Central Louisiana Arts Council is pleased to announce its second juried exhibition for Louisiana Tech University and Grambling State University students. The juror, Mr. Charlie Meeds, is the former Ruston High School Talented Art Teacher.  His students have won numerous awards at the high school level.  The work of this show will represents a wide spectrum of the arts including painting, drawing, photography, wall mounted sculpture, and assemblage. This show will also represent all academic levels, from freshmen to senior students. There will be a $150 cash award for Best of Show and two $25 gift certificates to Fine Line Supply Co. for Honorable Mention awards.  NCLAC is excited to be able to share the artwork of these college students with the community. The show will run March 2nd through May 8th.
